Healers Urban Walkers Dog Booties are designed for everyday paw protection.

This boot was designed by a former Nike Shoe designer and tested by the National Guide Dogs for the Blind. It has a strong, non-skid sole (as compared to our Healers Medical Dog Boots) and the top layer of fabric is a shoe mesh that dries quickly.

The sole is thick but flexible, providing your pet with a natural feel and movement as they walk or run. The wrap-around design enables a snug fit so the boot stays on. The hook and loop applied is high tensile strength hook that creates a firm hold even in snowy conditions. All of our products are produced in Portland, Oregon with the highest quality material. No other boot on the market compares.

What's the difference: Urban Walkers vs Medical Boot?

The difference between the Urban Walkers and Medical Boots is the Medical Boots are soft like slippers, comfortable for around the house and light outdoor walking. Urban Walkers are like your tennis shoes, for outdoors and exercise; where you wear a tennis shoe, your dog would wear the Urban Walkers.

Why are Urban Walkers packaged in pairs when dogs have four paws?

Healers Urban Walkers are sold in pairs to provide you with more options when purchasing for a better, long-lasting fit. We learned during our testing with the National Guide Dogs for the Blind that the back paws can be slightly smaller than the front paws.

For many Medium to Large dogs, you may need to purchase a smaller size for the back paw. There are two half-sizes between the Small and Medium, and the Medium and Large.

The better the fit, the more comfortable the boot will be for the dog!

S was too big

My dogs front feet measure 1.30 and the back 1.20. I got a size small and that was too big. I email the company to see if I could exchange them but I never got a response. In terms of the material it was of good quality.

Helpful and cute

My Charlie had a spine injury and his back paws go weak sometimes causing soars on his paws and his nails extremely short. He has gotten use to the shoes. He waits to get them put on and enjoys his walks much better.

Couldn't be happier

Loved the quality of the product, but had some issues with sizing for my dachshund. Healers has OUTSTANDING customer service and worked hard to find the right fit for my boy, sending alternate sizes and additional straps to secure the booties. Very pleased. Highly recommended!

BEST PRODUCT EVER

These are absolutely the best product ever. Our nearly 15 yo hound mix has been dragging her right hind paw and her nails are almost nubs and then bleed. We needed something to help her when she walks on the street.

Works great for our dog.

Our 14 year old has a nerve problem in her back and drags hernback leg while she walks. With the shoes, she is able to walk p to 3 miles without harming her foot during her walk. She can enjoy walking again!
