Shipping

Free US shipping on orders over $30, excluding Clearance items. For international orders, we review shipping charges and refund any excess fees the website may overcharge. Healers looks for the most economical shipping method possible.

Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not pay for return shipping.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Warranty

Healers fully guarantees all of our gear and products against defects in materials and craftsmanship. If you receive a product with a defect, please return it following our return policy above.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Please contact us with any questions about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Contact us with any exchange questions.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — along with proof of purchase.
