Warranty & Returns Policy

Healers PetCare, Inc Guarantee and Warranty Policy: Healers fully guarantees all of our gear against defects in materials and craftsmanship. In the event that you do purchase Healers products with a defect in material or craftsmanship, please return the product following our returns policy

Returns Policy:

All product is shipped ground through the US Postal service unless customer has requested 2nd day or overnight shipment where the additional shipping cost will be added to shipment charges. Healers will notify customer of the final shipping cost prior to shipping.

RETURNS POLICY: Unused product may be Returned within 14 days after purchase. Please contact us via email: info@healerspetcare.com or phone: 800-924-7036 to receive a returns authorization number. Items must be in new, resalable condition with all packaging intact to receive full credit.

If any of these conditions is not met, a restocking fee may be assessed (up to 20%).

Please include your name and the best phone number to reach you if we have any questions. We recommend insuring the package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Healers will issue a credit for the amount of the returned item(s) within two business days of receipt. However, please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

EXCHANGE POLICY: For items you wish to exchange, please follow the instructions above, but include the name of the item you would like in exchange on your note. Please note shipping charges are not covered in the exchange.
